For bioenergy and biodynamic psychology.

The « Roller » allows, among other things, the practice of exercises from the body-psychology currents of Reich and Lowen. Mainly intended for body-psychotherapists (biodynamic – bioenergy), it can be used by the individual with specific support.

The Roller and the Lazy Man allow to experiment, among other things :
– in relaxation, integration, regulation.
– in bioenergy to awaken, confront, bring up what is there.
– in accompaniment to direct towards vegetotherapy.

Whether in bioenergy or biodynamics, the Roller has its place in a session.

Roller allows us to work in bioenergy, biodynamics and to touch certain breastplates or body sensations in order to let what is there at that moment come to us.

The exercises tend to free the body from emotional traumas locked in muscular rigidity, among other things. It is also possible to open up other spaces of integration with more awareness or to develop a capacity to feel.

The older the tension, the more persistent it is and the more frustrating the exercises can be at first. Relief comes when the painful sensation is associated with the emotions contained by the muscle armour and the relived emotion relaxes the muscle. Thus the body can do its work of cleansing and integration. It is quite effective when you know how to use it. As far as I’m concerned, I have a lot of practice under my belt !

I make the Roller entirely. I sell models with selected materials (origin, manufacture, characteristics…). My knowledge and experience make it a quality and durable object. Professional tool and decorative object at the same time, it goes everywhere !

For professional therapists and students or individuals. I offer training courses (France) to accompany in its use. The Roller allows to go gently or in a more provocative way in the body, it helps to open the breathing and allows other interesting and liberating body exercises.

The Roller is very suitable for the practice of biodynamic psychology in sessions, such as static or organic lifts (from the very young to the adult), letting go, multidirectional breathing, invading… The technical use of the « lazy man » is highly recommended. The latter is a special mattress for the Roller in its use but it is also an independent tool for the therapist.

TECHNICALLY

The Roller is made to accommodate most customer templates. In the centre of the Roller, 150 kg are allowed.
The Roller is built with 4 pine reinforcements along its entire length, anchored on three thick solid wood plates (which can be replaced by cypress or oak for example; see price on request). The cylinder providing the total curve is made of thick, reinforced recycled cardboard with a washable inner layer. The removable cover (with two cotton laces) is washable. The foam is of standard density to avoid rough direct contact with the cylinder to make it more comfortable and still allow the contact to be felt to connect the sensations. The fabric is PolyCotton for durability and minimisation of static electricity. Cotton tends to be neutral on the triboelectric scale, so no electrical friction discharge during exercise. The lifespan of this Roller? … several long years, 10 to 20 years. In addition to the quality of work applied to the Roller, it is also a beautiful and even decorative tool.

ROLLER guarantees :

The quality of my work largely ensures these guarantees. In order to cover and compensate for a major manufacturing defect which is quickly seen during the first sessions, the guarantees are as follows:

Removable cover: 2 years.
Wooden structure ROLLER: 5 years.
Foam: Not applicable (consumable)

The guarantee does not take into account the inappropriate use of the Roller. Signs of deterioration outside the scope of therapeutic work are not covered by the warranty and are easily identifiable. The natural woodwork that nobody knows about is not taken into account, which is why it is important to use good materials in the Roller. The material for the fabric cover is thick and not subject to tearing, so tears are not covered under warranty. Of course, this is a manufacturing defect that is quickly apparent. Foam is a material that is subject to a lot of wear and tear and will of course have to be replaced in 10 or 15 years depending on use. As it is considered a consumable, it is not covered by the warranty. Wood is a « living » material, which means that wood will always have a tendency to age or move more or less. However, from experience, the Roller is a very stable object.

The Paresseux is the complementary object of the Roller. While being a mattress with multiple functions, it allows in comfort and safety the static or organic carries (from the very small to the adult), the release, the multidirectional breathing, the invasion and many other aspects which one meets in session.
It is a necessary tool in biodynamics.
The removable cover is washable. The thick foam is of high density in order to carry all types of structures and make them more comfortable without losing the sensations. The fabric is made of PolyCotton for durability and minimization of static electricity. Cotton tends to be neutral on the triboelectric scale, so no electrical friction discharge during exercise. The warranty is 2 years.

PARESSEUX guarantee :
